Parent's co-operation is indispensable in order to ensure regularity, punctuality, discipline, and quality education of their wards. THey should ensure that their wards prepare their home assignments and take active interest in school activities. We seek your co-operation to inculcate the habit of conversation in English in our students.
Parents are required to sign their ward's progress report or any other information when it required.
Private tuitions are not encouraged to our pupils. Anyone who approached teachers for tuitions will do so at his/her own risk and be prepared for the consequences. Our teachers are not allowed to give tuitions to our pupils.
All communication with the school should bear the Admission scholar no, class and section of the student.
Parents/guardians or others are requested not to meet the students or teachers during class hours without the permission of the school authorities.
Early departure will not be granted.
Any change in the address and phone number must be notified to the school office in written.
All belongings of the students should bear their name, class and Admission No.
It is compulsory for the students to obtain a prior sanction for leave of absence by submitting an application duly signed by their parents. In case a student proceeds on an unsanctioned leave for a period of two or more weeks in the middle of a term or immediately after a vacation; his/her name is liable to be stuck off from the roll.
In case of absence for more than two days, parents should consult the respective class teacher for the completion of the syllabus already undertaken.
Children are not allowed to bring mobile phones/electronic gadgets to school. Mobile phones found with children, will be confiscated and never returned back. Also, a fine of Rs. 500/- will be charged by the students.
Parents must refrain from giving money unnecessarily to their wards. If a child brings money for the canteen, he/she may only bring 15-20 rupees.
Parents must send healthy and nutritious food in the tiffin of their wards and encourage them to get their own water bottle every day.
Parents are welcome to approach the principal with their opinions and suggestions with prior appointment.
Parents who don't abide by the rules and regulations of the school as agreed at he time of admission, will be requested to withdraw their wards.
Parents must also ensure that their ward (s) should not involve themselves with any anti-school activity. It is in their own interest and in the interest of the institution that they refrain from any in-disciplinary behaviour misconduct, illegal activity or else they are liable to be suspended to face a more severe action.
Parents should arrange to take their children home within 20 minutes after the school is over.
